Steps

All of our team member have told to stay clear of travel or large gatherings unless require. It is a rule that applies to WordCamps, WordPress Meetups, etc.
Our whole team has been instruct to work at home due to Coronavirus (and not in public areas such as coffee shops. Co-working areas, etc.) to do their best to keep themselves contained.
The #covid19 internal Slack channel was create to allow our 20+ team members can share information and keep inform about local and global changes.
Our policy
For vacation is unlimited, which lets full-time members from our group leave when they’re sick regardless. Whether they’ve been confirmed positive for COVID-19 Coronavirus or feel unwell. This is a way for the sake of ensuring that our employees remain productive for white-label customers. And customers over the long term, even if they need to be away from their computers over the coming months.
Management team
Our management team is alert and is reviewing the latest global developments daily to ensure that our policies remain in line with the most effective practices to ensure our employees and their families are secure and healthy. Our team will adhere to all guidelines and updates issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
